Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Candles (once used or with broken seals)
  • Gift Wrap (cut or used)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our address (provided in your return approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment qualified for free shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes paid on international orders.
